each dwelling group of twelve (12) to twenty-four (24) units which shall not exceed twenty-four (24) square feet in area per surface. One name plate sign for each dwelling unit group above twenty-four (24) units which shall not exceed one (1) square foot per unit in the dwelling group to a maximum of one hundred (100) square feet in area per surface. Such name plate signs may be attached to the wall of a building or may be in free standing. In no case shall more than one sign be allowed for each dwelling group. All such signs shall conform to set-back requirements of the Code. No sign shall be constructed so as to have more than two (2) display surfaces. Said signs may indicate the names of the buildings, project names, may be a directory for occupants, or state any combination of the permitted information. XIV.
