This District shall allow opportunities to integrate <br />high quality office structures, hotels, restaurants, retail <br />uses, and selected office service and quality manufacturing <br />uses, providing the opportunity to benefit from excellent <br />visibility from major arterial routes in conjunction with <br />major local thoroughfares. <br /> <br />8.390. Permitted Uses in Retail Office Service District. <br />Permitted uses in "B-4" Districts are: <br /> <br />(1) Medical and dental services <br />(2) Offices, business and professional <br />(3) Private clubs or lodges <br />(4) Motels and motor hotels <br />(5) Mortuaries <br />(6) Research, design, and development establishments <br />(7) Restaurants over 5,000 square feet in area <br />(8) Banks and financial institutions, including drive-in <br />facilities <br />(9) The following uses are permitted in structures con- <br />taining a minimum of 10,000 square feet. <br /> <br />A. Permitted uses in "B-2" Districts, except auto <br />accessory stores and public uses <br /> <br />B. Health clubs, gymnasiums, and swimming pools <br /> <br />C. Bowling alleys, when accompanied by a traditional <br />restaurant, as defined by Section 5.575 (A) <br /> <br />D. Blueprinting and photocopying establishments <br /> <br />E. Catering establishments <br /> <br />F. Clothing and costume rental shops <br /> <br />G. Linen, towels, draperies, and similar supply <br />services <br /> <br />H. Orthopedic and medical appliance stores <br /> <br />I. Pet shops <br /> <br />J. Recording studios <br /> <br />K. Manufacture of electronic equipment and medical <br />instrumentation devices, as defined in Section <br />5.265 <br />
