-2- Village of Roseville Ordinance No. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.030 and SECTION 20.140 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. The Village Council of the Village of Roseville ordains: I. The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby amended by amending Section 20.030 so that the first sentence thereof shall read as follows: 20.030. Procedure. Except as provided in Section 20.140, before dividing any tract of land into two or more lots or parcels, an owner or subdivider shall: II. The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby amended by amending Section 20.140 so as to read as follows: 20.140 Variations and Exceptions. In any case in which the compliance with the provisions of this Chapter will involve unnecessary hardship, and failure to comply does not interfere with the purpose of such platting regulations, the Village Council may waive such compliance by the adoption of a resolution to that effect. For an owner or subdivider to divide any tract of land under this section, he shall file with the Village Council four (4) copies of a plan showing the tract and proposed division. The Village Council shall refer the same to the Planning Commission, and the Planning Commission shall consider the same and report back to the Council with their recommendation. This section shall not apply to any tract of land where it is proposed that a public street be dedicated, nor shall it apply to any tract of land which does not have access to an already duly dedicated public street. III.
