<br />-2- <br /> <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ordinance No. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.030 and SECTION 20.140 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby amended by amending <br />Section 20.030 so that the first sentence thereof shall read as follows: <br /> <br />20.030. Procedure. Except as provided in Section 20.140, before dividing any <br />tract of land into two or more lots or parcels, an owner or subdivider shall: <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby amended by amending <br />Section 20.140 so as to read as follows: <br /> <br />20.140 Variations and Exceptions. In any case in which the compliance with the <br />provisions of this Chapter will involve unnecessary hardship, and failure to comply does <br />not interfere with the purpose of such platting regulations, the Village Council may waive <br />such compliance by the adoption of a resolution to that effect. <br /> <br />For an owner or subdivider to divide any tract of land under this section, he <br />shall file with the Village Council four (4) copies of a plan showing the tract and proposed <br />division. <br /> <br />The Village Council shall refer the same to the Planning Commission, and the <br />Planning Commission shall consider the same and report back to the Council with their <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />This section shall not apply to any tract of land where it is proposed that a public <br />street be dedicated, nor shall it apply to any tract of land which does not have access to <br />an already duly dedicated public street. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and <br />publication. <br /> <br />- - - - <br /> <br />- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - <br /> <br />Membrez moved, Chestnut seconded, that we recommend to the Village Council the amendment <br />be approved. Carried unanimously. <br />
