TIle cost would be about $10 million and take 3 - 5 years to <br />bui I d. <br /> <br />Discussion centered on the vacaction of streets outside this area, drainage problems, <br />water and sanitary sewer, location of the townhouses, etc. <br /> <br />After discussion it was moved by Membrez and seconded by Carpenter that we recommend <br />approval of the request for vacation of right-of-way in the Rice Grandview and Joys <br />Rice Street Additions, of the preliminary plat and special use permit for planned <br />residential development in the Hillsborough Addition subject to granting the Village of <br />Roseville a perpetual easement for the park property shown on the preliminary plat, <br />and the Tequest for rezoning from "R-I" to "R-6", "R-3A", "B-1" and "B-2" in the <br />Hillsborough Addition.
