Van Danacker request for division of a lot at 476 West County <br />Road B-2 <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Mr. John Frankson with the Keller Corporation represented Mr. Van Danacker for this <br />division of a lot. Mr. Frankson indicated that the property now consists of lOO feet of <br />frontage on County Road B-2 and the applicant proposes to divide this property equally <br />into two 80 foot lots. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />The Commission members agreed there did not appear to be any problem with this <br />division, that it was in conformity with surrounding area and also conformed to the <br />required square footage for interior lots. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Demos Moved, Johnson Seconded, tl1at the request by E. Van Danacker for division <br />of a lot at 476 West County Road B-2 be approved, and that the applicant dedicate the <br />additional lO feet for the widening of County Road B-2. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 523-69 - ~tinnesota Highway Department Layout 6-SP 62l6-43 (Snelling Avenue <br />between County Road C and Hamline <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Howard Dahlgren gave a presentation on the history behind the development <br />of Snelling Avenue and how that relates to the preliminary plans that the Planning <br />Commission n9w has under its coqsideration. Basically the State Highway Department <br />now proposes to construct a folqed diamond interchange at County Road C and <br />Snelling Avenue. With the seco~d major change in these plans indicating that the <br />interchange at County Road C-2 is now eliminated and that the construction of an <br />overpass at Lydia Avenue will be proposed, service roads will be extended to provide <br />
