<br />-7- <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Alexander Hodson indicated that he would like to construct a garage that would be <br />approximately 18 inches from the property line. He indicated there would no overhang on <br />this garage and that any run off from the garage would be collected and drained through his <br />property. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />A couple of the Commission members had a question as to the exact location of the garage <br />and what effect it would have on the street property to the north. <br /> <br />RE COMMENDAT ION <br /> <br />POPE MOVED, EDLUND SECONDED, THAT Iffi RECOMMEND THAT THE REQUEST BY ALEXANDER HODSON FOR <br />VARIANCE TO SIDE YARD SETBACK AT 1236 NEST ROSELAWN AVENUE BE APPROVED. NAYS: NONE. <br /> <br />PLANNING FILE 548-69 - EUGENE BNiNEMANN REQUEST FOR RELOCATION OF DWELLING TO 2656 NORTH <br />LEXINGTOO AVENUE. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Eugene Bahnemann, 2656 North Lexington Avenue, stated that he would like to tear down the <br />existing house at this location and move in a t wo story frame home approximately 28 x 32 <br />feet. He indicated tllat this property would be upgraded by moving this better quality home <br />on this site. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />There was some question as to whether or not Mr. Bahnemann was aware that this property was <br />ear marked as multiple development property in the recent "701" Planning Guide. Mr. Dahlgren <br />indicated that some times the money spent on the development of a single family home and the <br />improvement to that home may not be fully realized when the home is purchase4 for a multiple <br />development. Mr. Bahnemann indicated that he was aware of this and that he was willing to <br />take the chance and did not know when any multiple developments would be in this area. <br /> <br />RE COW-IEN DATION <br /> <br />DEMOS MOVED, MEMBREZ SECONDED, THAT WE RECOMMEND THAT THE REQUEST BY EUGENE BNiNEMANN FOR <br />ReLOCATION OF DWELLING TO 2656 North Lexington Avenue be approved. John Oaubney, attorney, represented Mr. Edward J. Kuhne for the request of a preliminary <br />plat at approximately 3047 Woodlyn Court. Mr. Daubney indicated that in order to develop <br />this property there would probably be some need for a trade of parK land between the Park <br />and Recreation Board and Mr. Kuhne.
