He indicated tllat this property would be upgraded by moving this better quality home <br />on this site. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />There was some question as to whether or not Mr. Bahnemann was aware that this property was <br />ear marked as multiple development property in the recent "701" Planning Guide. Mr. Dahlgren <br />indicated that some times the money spent on the development of a single family home and the <br />improvement to that home may not be fully realized when the home is purchase4 for a multiple <br />development.
