He stated he felt the Village should grade this area be- <br />cause his driveway faces onto Wheeler Street and he uses this for access to his garage. <br /> <br />Hr. Goldberg indicated that he would see that the weeds do get cut. <br /> <br />Tom O'Connell, 1767 Maple Lane, stated he supported the petition to vacate the street. <br />He felt iI'this was not vacated in the future they would have a dangerous intersection <br />there. <br /> <br />There were no further comments from the audience and the hearing was declared closed. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />r J 1" <br /> <br />Pope Moved, Edlund Seconded, that we recommend to the Village Council that the request <br />by Midland.Videen for the vacation of Wheeler Street from Maple Lane to County Road C.2 <br />be denied. None. <br /> <br />It was also recommended that the Village maintain this area by cutting the weeds. <br /> <br />Planning File 574-70 - Doug Andrews request for relocation of dwelling to 1190 West Roselawn <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Doug Andrews appeared and spoke in behalf of the proposal. He presented a petition <br />with additional signatures on it and these people were in favor. He also presented some <br />pictures of the dwelling that is to be moved. He stated that the original petition in- <br />cluded signatures of the people living on either side of the proposed location. <br /> <br />No one appeared in favor or in opposition of the proposal. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Eagles, Moved, Johnson Seconded, that we recommend to the Village Council that the request <br />by Doug Andrews for relocation of a dwelling to 1190 West Roselawn Avenue be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kellett, Demos, Edlund, Eagles, Chairman Membrez. Harold Johnson request for variance to front yard setback at <br />391 South Owasso Boulevard <br /> <br />Mr. Harold Johnson spoke in behalf of his proposal. Mr. Membrez asked if he had room to <br />bui ld a garage rather than a shed. Mr. Johnson said "yes". <br /> <br />Mr. Membrez asked where he would park his car since he did not have a garage. <br />stated that he wOuld have room along side the shed in which to park one or two <br />also stated that he would have asked for a car and one/half garage rather than <br />he felt the Village would not grant him permission for this. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson <br />cars.
