Nays: Membrez. <br /> <br />Plaming File 746 - Art Carrier request for division of a lot at 1050 West County <br />Road C-2 <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Carrier plans to divide the lot which would result in two lots each having dimensions <br />of 99 feet x 132 feet. <br /> <br />Reconmendation <br /> <br />Mr. G. Johnson moved and Mrs. Demos seconded, that the Commission recomnend approval of <br />Art Carrier's request for division of lot at 1050 West County Road C-2. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: G. Johnson, Demos, Eagles, Kellett and Pope. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Flaming File 747 - Thomas Willmus request for preliminary plat "Rosedale Industrial <br />Park" at 1900 Oakcrest <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Willnn.ls indicated that the plat includes four parcels and that he presently has <br />constructed two buildings for speculative purposes. He indicated that he was willing <br />to dedicate the additional 10 feet required for right-of-way purposes on Fairview Avenue. <br /> <br />Recommendat ion <br /> <br />Mr. Eagles moved and Mr. Kellett seconded, that the Commission recommend approval of <br />Thomas Willmus' request for preliminary plat "Rosedale Industrial Park" at 1900 Oakcrest <br />with the condition that 10 feet of additional right-of-way be dedicated on Fairview <br />Avenue.
