He then <br />introduced t~r. Tim Adams and t'ro John Hall, \llho Here representatives for the owners of the <br />proposed motel that will be built at this site. They indicated that the motel rooms \'/ou1d <br />be units very similar to the Holiday Inn type of room and that they would rent for approxi- <br />mately 25% less than a Holiday Inn-type of establishmento Mro Wall indicated that the <br />proposed site plan for the motel and restaurant meets all city codes for parking and that <br />the proposed planting are a mixture of coniferous and deciduous trees so that a type of qreen <br />screening will be provided year-round. <br /> <br />Oi scuss i on <br /> <br />Mro George Johnson asked the developer if they were av/are of the stringent fire codes that <br />would be applicable to this proposed use. <br /> <br />r~r.
