<br />-3- <br /> <br />Planning File 822 - Roseville School District 623 - Vacation of a portion of <br />Skillman lying east of Prior, <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr, Paul Borgt Business Adminstrator of School District 623, indicated that as the <br />School District owns land both to the north and south of Skillman t they would like to <br />vacate that portion of Skillman Avenue, <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr, Kramer indicated that the staff would like right<<of-way dedicated for the cuI de sac <br />which will be on a portion of Lot 9 of those lots owned by the School District and would <br />also like dedicated at 27 foot strip along Prior Avenue on the western side of Fairview <br />Junior High School site, <br /> <br />Mr, Borg indicated that the dedication of that portion of the land needed for the <br />cuI de sac was acceptable, but that he would have to have the School Board determine <br />the course of action to be taken on the dedication of that portion of Prior Avenue <br />which is needed. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr, V, Jolmson moved and My, Kellett seconded, that the Connnission reconnnend that the <br />vacation of a portion of Skillman lying east of Prior be approved subject to the <br />dedication of the land necessary for the cuI de sac on Skillman and the 27 foot strip <br />necessary on Prior Avenue, Roll Call t Ayes: Kellett t Membrez, Durgin, Grauel, V 0 <br />J olmson and G, J olmson and Pope 0 Nays: None 0 <br /> <br />Planning File 823 - Commercial Credit Development Corporation division of lot at <br />2360 Prior Avenue <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mro Les Blt.nn of Raunhorst Corpolationt indicated that the division of a lot was needed <br />for a proposed masonry structure which was to be used by Hewlett Packard Corporation, <br />Hewlett Packard would use this building for sales and service of their small electronic <br />cornputor line, <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr, Grauel indicated that this type of high quality buildIng set on a smaller lot is a <br />very good use from the standpoint of planning, <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr, Grauel moved and My, G, Johnson seconded, that the Commission recommend approval <br />of the division of lot at 2360 Prior Avenue, Roll Call, Ayes: Kellett, Membrez, <br />Durgin, Grauel, G. Jolmsont V, Johnson and Pope, Nays: None, <br />
