<br />-2- <br /> <br />Mro Sellergren responded that because of the fact that Mro Klucsar anticipated <br />expandi ng the mobile home court that he \'/anted to \'/ai t and do the work all at one <br />timeo <br /> <br />Mrc Grauel 5tated that he felt the recommendation that the Planning Commission had <br />made to the Council at the October meeting was a valia oneo <br /> <br />Mro Donahue, 1294 Rose Place, stated that the neighborhood residents did not want the <br />present residents in the mobile home park to leaveo We have a good relationship with <br />those residents, but not such a good relationship with the ownero If this application <br />were approved, Mro Klucsar would be forced to raise his lot rental and it would seem <br />likely that some of the single or elderly residents with smaller trailers would be <br />forced to moveo <br /> <br />Mrso Mosier, resident of the mobile park, indicated that she was very happy residing <br />in the park and felt that Mro K1ucsar did a good jobo She stated that her rent had <br />not been raised since she moved into the park two and one half years agoo <br /> <br />t4ro William Haugen also indicated that he liked living at the parko <br /> <br />Mre Swanson commented that the residents in the neighborhood do not want the property <br />rezoned from R-2 to B-3o Mre K1ucsar bought the property as R-2 and knew what it was <br />at the timeo <br /> <br />Mre Dressler, 2590 Dellwood, stated that his concern was not with the people residing <br />in the mobile home park or the concept of the mobile home park, but the integrity of <br />the ownero He stated there was little assurance that Mro Klucsar would fol10\'J through <br />with the p1ano <br /> <br />Mro Sellergren gave the Commission a petition signed by residents of the mobile home <br />park supporting the app1icantUs requesto <br /> <br />Mro Grauel asked the residents in the neighborhood how they would feel about rezoning <br />the R-2 portion of the property to a mobile home zoneo <br /> <br />Mro Donohue responded that the neighborhood residents would not like to see the R-2 <br />zoning changedo <br /> <br />Mro Grauel then osbd how the neighborhood residents would feel if Mro K1ucsar \'/ere <br />\'lil1inQ to rezone tile entire parcel to the mobile home park zone including the ex- <br />isting property .presently zoned B-30 <br /> <br />Mro Donohue indicated that the neighbors would have to take a look at such a proposalo <br /> <br />Mro Haugan, 1161 Oakcrest, stated that he felt the residents in the area have the <br />following order of preference for use of the land~ first preference single family <br />homes; second preference duplexes; third preference mobile homes; fourth preference <br />apartments; and fifth preference commercial usee <br /> <br />Mro Dahlgren submitted to the Commission a draft of a suggested amendment adding <br />mobile home court district (R-8) to the Rosevil1e zoning ordinanceo He stated that <br />the standards recommended in the suggested ordinance are not the optimumo The draft <br />of the ordinance was completed with Mre Klucsarus property in mind and not necessarily <br />for a new developed mobile home parke <br /> <br />Mro Go Johnson requested that Mro Dahlgren send each Planning Commission member the <br />
