Membrez and Grauel, <br />Nays c None, <br /> <br />Planning File 870 - O'Meara and Cave request for division of a lot at 2223 North Victoria <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr, Barry O'Meara indicated that he proposes to divide a parcel which he owns on Victoria <br />Street and create a new single family lot, The remaining portion of the property would be <br />platted at a later time after the City Council has approved the construction of a roadway <br />system in the area, He stated that the Public Works Department is preparing a feasibility <br />study for the City Council and has developed two alternate plans for the traffic circul- <br />ation in the area, He said that Mr, Honchell had advised him that he intended to recommend <br />alternate Plan A to the Council which would, if approved, easily accommodate the lot whlch <br />he proposes to split from his property, <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mro Grauel indicated that any time that a vacant area is developed it is important that it <br />be done in an orderly fashion, <br /> <br />ML Membrez expressed concern about approving the division of a lot at this time when the <br />Commission is not aware of how the total property in the area would be developed and how <br />the street system would be aligned, <br /> <br />Mr Dahlgren pointed out that Plan A is less costly to build and has less severe grade <br />problems than Plan Be <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mrc G, Johnson moved and Mrs, Cushing seconded, that the Commission recommend approval <br />of O'Meara and Cave's request for division of a lot at 2223 Victoria Avenue, and recommend <br />that the roadway system in the area as proposed in alternate Plan A be approved if the <br />plan proves feasible, 0 Rpll Call, Ayes: Cushing, Durgin~ G, Johnson, V, Johnson, Kellett, <br />Membrez and Grauel, Nays: None, <br /> <br />Planning File 873 - Roseville State Bank request for rezoning from B-1 to B- 2 at <br />1445 County Road B <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Reuben Johnson.
