<br />My, George Best rom, represent ing the Dayton Development Corporat ion, indicated that this
<br />property is located on the north side of County Road B-2 across from Rosedale Shopping
<br />Center, He stated that the Development Company owns approximately 15 acres on the north
<br />side of B~2 and the property which is proposed to be divided consists of approximately
<br />3,8 acres and would be purchased by the First Federal Savings and Loan, He stated that
<br />he did not think that the final site plan for the First Federal Building had been final-
<br />ized, There would be approximately 10,000 square feet in a one story building, A
<br />portion of the proposed building may be rented out for other office space until First
<br />Federal would need it for expansion purposes,

<br />Mr, Bestrom indicated that Day tons has no plans at present for the balance of the 15
<br />acre parcel,
<br />
<br />Mr, Rukavina inquired if Day tons or the Bank had investigated the potential traffIC
<br />situation at the entrance to the bank from County Road B-2.

<br />Mr Bestrom stated that the Barton Ashton Company had conducted a traffic analysIs for
<br />them and this was found to be one of the best areas for the proposed entrance,
<br />
<br />Mr, Donald Zalk, 3044 Shorewood Lane, asked what provision had been made regarding the
<br />water runoff from the property which eventually goes into County Ditch #4,
<br />
<br />Mr, Kramer indicated that the property is in the Rice Creek Water Shed District and that
<br />the appl1cant would be required to obtain approval from the Rice Creek District regard,
<br />lng its drainage,

<br />
<br />Mr, Vern Johnson indicated that he had received the notice of the public hearing for
<br />the Northwestern College request and that it read that the Planning Commission would
<br />consider the request for special use permit and variance to the parking requirements
<br />at 3003 North Snelling Avenue. Mr. Johnson commented that when he received the notice,
