portions of Mr, Johnson's letter and raised the following major questions'

2, When can a tax ruling be obtained from the IRS on the FM Radio Station income?
3, How vital is either the FM station income or the summer commercial income to the
resIdents that meets with Northwestern College about their building plans, He asked why so
many parking spaces are provided if parking permits are so severely restricted, He also
stated that there was squeeling of tires and loud mufflers on the property from time to time,

Mr, Grauel inquired as to how the facilities would be used during the summer months,
Mr, Berntson indicated that it was certainly not the college's intention to leave the
used for rental to families because of their design,

Don Johnson, l667 Millwood, representing the Fairview Heights Homeowners Associatlon,
expressed concern about adequate screening on the east side of the dormitories and the
the dormitories and would not be drained to Lake Johanna,

Mr, Vern Albertson, 3103 Asbury, inquired as to how close a building could be set to the
property line bordering a residential area,

Mrc Dahlgren stated that the required setback is 50 feet from the building to the property
line, The proposed dormitories are located approximately 125 feet from the property,
Mr, Dahlgren indicated that he has worked with a great number of colleges and universities
in the midwest and that it is a universal practice to use the dormitories for special
activities and conferences during the summer,

Mrs, Mildred Lethert stated that at a previous meeting with Northwestern College it had
been stated that the trees in the area would be preserved, She expressed a desire that all
of the trees be maintained,
