Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1061 - Joseph Bach request for sPecial use pennit and division of lot <br />at 1901 STH 36 <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Boch, representing Red lobster Inns, indicated they are proposing to construct a <br />Fennizrore's Festaurant which will be a subsidiary corrpany of General Mills. He stated it <br />will be a full service restaurant opened approximately 12 hours a day. He indicated that <br />the building will be corrp1etel y sprinklered. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren ccmrented that he felt it was a fine developrcent. <br /> <br />Mr. Rlkavina indicated that Mr. Dahlgren's proposal for grouping of restaurants in the area <br />was certainly working, however, he asked whether the saturation point for the number of <br />restaurants had been reached. <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren comrented that he felt all the property in this area would be develoPed before <br />there would be a problem with too rrany restaurants. <br /> <br />Mr. Sirrons askerl if the developer would please consider rroving SCIre of the landscaping so <br />that it would not be killed from snCM storage. Mr. Boch expressed his willingness to do <br />so. <br /> <br />Recamendation <br /> <br />Mr. G. Johnson zroved and Mr. Rlkavina seconded, that the Conmission re~d approval of <br />Joseph Boch's request for special use permit and division of 10t at 1901 STH 36 with the <br />condition that the developrcent be constructed in accordance with the plan dated August 1, <br />1977, and that the landscaping be IOOdified and approved by the City Planner.
