Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1096 - lEan Westerlund request for variance to sign ordinance at <br />2201 Lexington Avenue <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dean Westerlund indicated that they propose to construct a pylon sign 14' <br />from the Lexington Avenue property line and 19' fran the Sandhurst property <br />line. He stated that because of the location of the house, the variance was <br />necessary for the sign to be seen from the north. <br />
