That when the existing building on the property is rerroved, that the <br />variance will expire. <br /> <br />2. That the sign be limited to 35 square feet. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Rukavina, Cushing, Dressler, G. Johnson, Simons and <br />V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1098 - Ed Cave & Sons request for rezoning from R-I to R-2 <br />at 3115 fuunt Ridge Road <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Cave indicated that he proposes to rezone the lot on the comer of M:>unt <br />Ridge Road and County Roa:1 D. He stated that County Road D is quite a busy <br />and noisey street and that it would be rrore appropriate for a duplex use. He <br />indicated that he did have difficulty selling the single family hare on the <br />comer of Evelyn and County Road D. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mrs. Dressler indicated she was concerned that the individual who buys the <br />adjacent hone be nade aware the property may be used for a duplex if the <br />rezoning is approved. <br /> <br />Mr. Cave stated that his salesman is already making potential buyers aware of <br />the fact that the lot could potentially be used for a duplex and that it is <br />shcmn on a nap which is provided for potential purchasers. Mr.. Cave indicated <br />that he would face the house tOtlard M::>unt Ridge Road. <br /> <br />RecorrITendation <br /> <br />Mr. G. Johnson rroved and Mr. Rukavina seconded, that the Corrmission recOITItel1d <br />approval of Ed Cave & Sons request for rezoning frcm R-l to R-2 at 3115 <br />M::>unt Ridge Road.
