<br />-3- <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. rbrth indicated that the pending assessrrent corrputations had been <br />corrpleted and that the attorney could care to the Public Works office and <br />review the information any tine this week. <br /> <br />Recorrmendation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina rroved and Mrs. CUshing seconded, that the Corrmission recormend <br />approval of Douglas Murray's request for division of lot at 1000 County Road <br />C-2. Roll Call, Ayes: Rukavina, G. Johnson, Dressler, CUshing, Mastel, SiIrDns <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1103 - Jeffrey MJore request for preliminary plat at 2910 Victoria <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. MJore indicated. that he proposes to re-plat an existing four lots into <br />five lots. 'l"he four existing lots all face Victoria. 'Ihe fifth lot would <br />be created by splitting off the rear portion of the southerly two lots. 'Ihe <br />new lot would front on West ONasso Boulevard. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated that the two exis ting lots on the north were proposed <br />to be reduced in width fran 80 feet to 75 feet, thereby increasing the width <br />of the lot on the comer of Victoria and West ONasso Boulevard frcm 88 to 98 <br />feet. <br /> <br />Mr. Robert DynkCMitch, 2909 West ONasso Boulevard, indicated that the proposed <br />platting woold create lots which would be out of character with the rest of the <br />neighborhood. He stated that the lots vJOuld be sub-standard. He would prefer <br />to see the plat rercain as it is and four n<ice hones constructed. He presented <br />a petition to the Commission signed by 10 residents in the nearby neighborhood <br />asking that the property remain as originally platted. <br /> <br />Mrs. Jack Schmidt, who lives adjacent to the proposed newly created lot on <br />West ONasso Boulevard indicated that they favored the replatting because they would <br />rather be on a side yard than the rear yards. She also indicated that they do <br />have drainage prebleIT'S which Mr. M:::x:>re has promised to solve. <br /> <br />Mr. Calvin Heuer, 2901 West ONasso Boulevard, indicated that he agreed with <br />Mr. DynkONi tch. Mr. M:::x:>re indicated that because of the size of the existing <br />corner lot on Victoria and West ONasso, that it would be :i.npossible for him to <br />construct a hone fronting on West ONasso. <br /> <br />Mr. V. Johnson asked if !-1r. M:::x:>re would be willing to have only the four lots and <br />change the width of the north two lots so that the comer lot could be made larger <br />and that the home could be constructed facing West ONasso Boulevard. <br /> <br />Mr. MJore indicated that he didn't think he would be willing to do that because <br />of the tine required and he would gain nothing by doing so. <br />
