<br />-10- <br /> <br />Mr. Mastel asked the length of the contract Mr. Fegan had been awarded by the School <br />District. <br /> <br />Mr. Fegan stated his contract was for 2 years with an option for extension by the <br />School Board for an additional 2 years. <br /> <br />Mr. Rebert Jackson, County Ibad C-2, asked if the buses would be stored and naintained <br />on the site. <br /> <br />Mr. Regan stated that although the primary use of the site would be storage, buses <br />would be naintained wi thin the building. <br /> <br />Recamendation <br /> <br />Mrs. Dressler roved, Mr. G. Jolmson seconded, that the Camlission recamend approval <br />of St. Paul & SuburBan Bus Conpany request for special use permit at 2755 lDng Lake <br />Road with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. '!hat the special use permit be subject to yearly review. <br />2. That a posted parking lane be established within 50 feet of the butane tank <br />3. That a posted fire lane of 30 feet be naintained. <br />4. That bus storage be confined to west of the fence. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, SiIrons, Cushing, Dressler, Rukavina, G. Johnson. Nays: <br />V.Johnson. Mr. V. Johnson stated that a one year permit would be rore appropriate. <br /> <br />Plarurlng File 1146 - Clayton Benish request for division of lot at 1804 Alta Vista Drive <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated that the property in question has dirrensions of approximately <br />214' with a depth of 252'. '!he applicant proposes to divide the property into two <br />tracts with frontage of 102 and 116 feet respectively. Mr. Dahlgren stated that the <br />proposal appears appropriate. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. ~re stated it was the Engineering I:epartrrent' s recamendation that a 10' <br />drainage easenent be provided on the north, south and east property line of Tract A. <br /> <br />Mrs. B.enish stated she was agreeable to such conditions. <br /> <br />Fecormendation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina rroved, Mrs. Cushing seconded, that the Comnission recormend approval <br />of Glayton Benish's request for division of lot at 1804 Alta Vista Drive with the <br />condition that a 10' drainage easerrent be provided on the north, south and east <br />property lines of Tract A.
