<br />-2- <br /> <br />Mr. Ribich stated that the sale of the property included a pernanent driveway ease- <br />rrent and consequently he saw no need for a future access to the site. <br /> <br />Mrs. Dressler asked if they intended to sell the property outright, or lease the <br />parcel to another party. <br /> <br />Mr. Ribich stated that they have signed a purchase agreerrent for the site contingent <br />upon the division. <br /> <br />Mr. G. Johnson asked whose responsibility it woold be to naintain the driveway easerrent. <br /> <br />Mr. Ribich stated that as part of the purchase agreenent, Ramsey Engineering would <br />naintain the responsibility for naintenance of the easenent. <br /> <br />Mr. ~re stated that he had previously requested that tre applicant contact Rice <br />Creek but it appeared that the applicant has not done so. He did state that he had <br />had discussions with the Rice Creek Watershed District and that they had requested <br />to review the drainage prior to approval by the City. <br /> <br />Mr. V. Johnson asked the applicant if he would be agreeable to reviewing the drainage <br />plan with the Watershed District prior to the Council neeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Ribich stated that they would do so. <br />Fecormendation <br /> <br />Mr. Mastel rroved, Mr. SiIrons seconded, that the Comnission reccmrend approval of <br />RaIr5ey Engineering's request for division of lot at 1853 West County Poad C. <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina noved, Mr. G. Johnson seconded, that the notion should be emended to <br />include the condition that the applicant reviav- the drainage plan with the Rice <br />Creek Watershed District prior to the Council neeting of Septenber 11. <br /> <br />Roll Call on emendIrent: Ayes: Cushing, Dressler, Rukavina, G. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1135 - 'Ihomas Conne.lly request for preliminary plat at 1870 Alta <br />Vista Drive <br /> <br />Mr. Pokorney stated that he had received a call from Mr. Connelly that afternoon <br />requesting that the application be continued to the Octcber Plarurlng Cornnission <br />neeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren stated that since the August neeting he had had a mmber of conversations <br />with the applicant and it appeared that. progress was being made in negotiations to <br />carbine the property to the north with Mr. Connelly's parcel. Mr. Dahlgren suggested <br />that such carbination would be beneficial and continuance of the application would <br />be appropriate. <br /> <br />RecoImendation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina noved, Mrs. Dressler seconded, that the Comnission continue Thomas <br />Connelly's request for preliminary plat at 1870 Alta Vista Drive until the October <br />4th neeting.
