He stated that the property is zoned B-2 and B-3. 'Ihe applicant <br />also proposes to dvelop the corner lot on Hice and County Hoad B-2. It is proposed <br />to construct a Mr. Donut and Gazebo Restaurant. 'Ihe special use is for the <br />planned unit develop:rtlEmt for the two restaurants and for the self serve restaurants. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Dick. Ii:l.rson, architect relJresenting the applicant, indicated that bot..11 existing <br />buildings on the comer of Hice and County Road B-2 \\7ould be rerroved and the U'lO <br />nEW restaurants constructed. He presented a rendering of the Gaxebo Restaurant <br />to the Corrmis s ion . Concern \-,as expressed about the blue color of the rransard roof <br />and it was suggested thatperhaps the IP.ansard could be of an earth tone color. <br /> <br />rtlt"s. Dressler corrm.mtEd that she \'las concerned that the cars leaving the driveup <br />window would conflict with the cars entering the site from County Road B-2. <br /> <br />!<fi::. Dahlgren suggested that this potential problem could be solved by rroving the <br />entrance from County Road B- 2, 24 feet to the east. r1r. Larson indicated that the <br />applicant would be willing to do that. <br /> <br />Mr. ~\I'ayne Cra\\71, 240 Transit, indicated that it would be nice to get rid of the <br />existing buildings, but that they were also concerned about the debris, etc. that <br />\vould blO\\7 from the fast food restaurants onto their property. <br /> <br />Mr. Ray p.organ, representing the Gazebo Restaurant, indicated that they hire <br />persons to pick. up the papers wi thin a 2 - 3 square block area. <br /> <br />Mr, Crawl also voiced concern about the potential filling of the pond. <br />
