Johnson indicated that he favored the rrotion for approval except for condition No. II which he opposed. Mr. ~,1.astel indicated that he also favored the rrotion but voted no because of his opposition to condition No. 11. ~Jr. Sim::ms indicated that he opposed the rrotion because he would like a total pack.age to be available for the Council at the tiIre of consideration of the special use permit for the planned unit developrrent. He stated that there would be an outlot providing for the pending of 'vater on the site. t-1r. Mike (;ere, architect representing the applicant, indicated that the proposed buildings would be of a dark brown brick on all sides, similar to the Hoseville City Hall, with bronze windows. He stated that the applicant has been advised that their plan for theponding of water on the site has been approved by the Hice Creek tvatershed District Engineer, ha.vever, it has not bee acted upon yet
