He indicated that otheX\vise <br />he favored the rrotion including the concept as provided in condition No. 11. <br /> <br />Planning File 1196 - Darrell Farr request for special use. perIni t and preliminary <br />plat at 1711 County Road B <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated that the applicant proposes to construct five office <br />buildings on the property at the northeast corner of County Road B and Herschel <br />Street. He stated that there would be an outlot providing for the pending of <br />'vater on the site. <br /> <br />t-1r. Mike (;ere, architect representing the applicant, indicated that the proposed <br />buildings would be of a dark brown brick on all sides, similar to the Hoseville <br />City Hall, with bronze windows. He stated that the applicant has been advised <br />that their plan for theponding of water on the site has been approved by the <br />Hice Creek tvatershed District Engineer, ha.vever, it has not bee acted upon yet <br />
