He also reqDested that a green area be provided" on <br />the west side of the buildings proposed. <br /> <br />He inquired as to the reason for the variance to floor area. Mr 0 Lund indicated that this <br />was a conpromise in that the offices on the north of the property could be as much as three <br />stories and that there was an addition to the floor area in the warehouse provided that the <br />office buildings are kept to one story. <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina indicated concern over the lack of separation betweEn the offices and the <br />warehouse. <br /> <br />Mr 0 Dahlgren indicated that the ccmron drive for both seerred to be the best solution to the <br />problem. <br /> <br />Mr. Mastel then made a rootion, seconded by G. Johnson, contained in the recormendation belCM. <br />'lhis rotion was followed by a rootion to arrend by Mr. SiIIDns, seconded by Mrs. Dressler to <br />include sidewalks in the recamendation.
