<br />-5- <br /> <br />Mrs. Cushing camented that her initial reaction had been to rerrove the garage, <br />however, after hearing the neighbors reaction it seemed like it would be a <br />hardship for the neighbors if it were ranoved. She indicated that she would <br />be willing to go along with the variance. <br /> <br />Mr. V. Johnson ccmnented that it was a matter of balancing out the equities <br />and stated that he favored the variance. <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina indicated that he was opposed to the v~iance. <br />Reoomnendation <br /> <br />Mr. G. Johnson roved and Mrs. Dressler seconded, that the Carrmission reconmend <br />denial of William Olson's request for variance to side yard setback and to keep <br />an existing garage in front of the house at 2478 HaInline Avenue. Johnson. <br /> <br />Planing File 1273 - Gerald Jubert request for relocation of dwelling at 403 <br />County Road B. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated that the applicant proposes to rrove a single family bane <br />fran 1708 Alta Vista Drive to 403 County Road B. <br /> <br />Reconmendation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina m:::>ved and Mr. MaS te 1 seconded that the Ccmnission recarmend approval <br />of Gerald Jubert's request for relocation of a dwelling at 403 County Road B. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Dressler, G. Johnson, Mastel, Rukavina, CUshing and V. Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Plaing File 1264 - Proposed Ordinance Defining Certain pennitted and Special <br />Uses in the R:-l Zoning District and Establishing eri teria for <br />the Issuance of special use pennits in all zoning districts. <br /> <br />Reoomnendation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina m:::>ved and Mr. Mastel seconded, that the pro~ ordinance defining <br />certain penni tted and special uses in the R-l zoning district and establishing <br />crit.e ri a for the issuance of special use permits in all zoning districts be <br />continued until the October 1, 1980, Planning Camnission meeting. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Dressler, G. Johnson, Mastel, Rukavina, CUshing and V. Johnson, Nays: None. <br /> <br />PI arming File 1267 - Proposed Miscellaneous Ordinance Amendments <br />Presentation <br /> <br />.Mr. Bob Ryan indicated that all of the proposed ordinance amendments that the <br />Comnission has discussed during the past several ronths have been assembled into <br />the rrem::> dated September 3. <br /> <br />Mrs. Dressler indicated she was opposed to the change in Section 13.060 (2) of <br />the Code which increases the height of the fence pennitted, fran 3-1/2 feet to 4 <br />feet. <br />
