Roll Call, Ayes: Moeller, <br />Rukavina, Cushing, Mastel, Matson and Johnson. Nays: Dressler. <br /> <br />Planning File 1331 - Hess Kline request for variance to sign ordinance at <br />2767 Long Lake Road <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated the applicant proposes to add the Fiat car to his Volvo <br />agency on Long Lake Road. It is proposed that the word Fiat be placed under <br />the Volvo sign on the south facia of the building. The new sign is 100 square <br />feet in area and would require a variance of 100 square feet. <br /> <br />Mr. Jean Parranto, representing Mr. Kline, indicated that car dealers are starting <br />to handle more than one brand. He indicated that Fiat would not be added to the <br />Pylon sign. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina moved and Mr. Mastel seconded, that the Commission recommend approval <br />of Hess Kline's request for variance to sign ordinance at 2767 Long Lake Road. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Moeller, Rukavina, Cushing, Dressler, Mastel, Matson and <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1333 - Albert Schreiber request for variance to side yard setback <br />at 1890 through 1900 North Lexington Avenue <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated Mr. Schreiber is requesting a variance to construct a four <br />car garage to within 2 feet of the south side yard property line. A few years <br />ago a similar variance had been granted to construct a four car garage on the <br />north side of the property. Mr. Dahlgren indicated that written approval had <br />been received from Mr. Schreiber's contiguous neighbor tothe south. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Matson moved and Mr. Moeller seconded, that the Commission recommend approval <br />of Albert Schreiberls request for variance to side yard setback at 1890 through <br />1900 North Lexington Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Moeller, Cushing, Dressler, <br />Mastel, Matson and Johnson. Nays: None. (Rukavina was out of the meeting room <br />at the time of the vote). <br />
