Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1389 - Roseville Properties' request for variance to front yard <br />setback at 2000 County Road B-2. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated that for some reason the building located on this property <br />was constructed 30' from the front yard property line, instead of the required 40'. <br />He stated that the variance for this nonconforming use is necessary to convert <br />the building from warehouse to office space. This conversion is in keeping with <br />the City's policy to encourage land in this area to be redeveloped for business <br />purposes. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mastel ~ved, Matson Seconded, that the Commission recommend approval of Roseville <br />Properties' request for variance to front yard setback at 2000 County Road B-2. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Moeller, Dressler, Mastel, Matson, Rukavina, Cushing, and <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1390 - Margery Bailey request for division of lot at 2025 Lexington. <br /> <br />Presentat ion <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated the applicant proposes to divide a lot, creating one lot <br />with 76.5 feet of frontage on Lexington Avenue, and a second lot with 57.6 feet <br />of frontage on Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />------------ <br /> <br />Mr. Mastel commented that the plan was a good one, and would create a nice lot for <br />the construction of another home. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Matson Moved, Mastel Seconded, that the Commission recommend approval of Margery <br />Bailey's request for division of lot at 2025 Lexington Avenue. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1391 - Rose Vista Properties' request for variance to parking <br />requirements, floor area ratio, and prohibition of efficiency <br />apartments at 1222-1238 Rose Vista Court. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated that the Rose Vista Apartments are one of the earlier <br />apartment projects in Roseville.
