<br />-4- <br /> <br />Planning File 1385 - St. Paul and Suburban Bus Company request for special <br />use permit and variance at 2975 Partridge Road. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Regan requested the application be continued until it is determined <br />whether his request for special use permit on County Road C is approved. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />~atson Moved and Rukavina Seconded that St. Paul and Suburban Bus Company's <br />request for special use permit and variance at 2975 Partridge Road be <br />continued until the November 3, 1982 Planning Commission meeting. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Rukavina, Mastel, Matson, Hoeller, Dressler, and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1394 - Harry Tribble request for division of lot at 873 and <br />881 Parker. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated Mr. Tribble proposes to take the rear area of two <br />lots fronting on Parker Avenue, and create a new lot with 90 feet of <br />frontage on Victoria Street. The new lot would have a depth of 230 feet, <br />and a width of 90 feet, each of which exceeds the ordinance requirements. <br />Mr. Tribble indicated he desires to divide the property so a new home <br />can be constructed, fronting on Victoria. <br /> <br />RecomJ11endation <br /> <br />Matson Moved and Mastel Seconded that the Commission recommend approval of <br />Harry Tribble's request for division of lot at 873 and 881 Parker. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Rukavina, Mastel, Matson, Moeller, Dressler, and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1399 - Votel Realty request for variance to setback for building, <br />parking lot and sign, and variance to number of parking <br />spaces at 1916 Rice. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated the applicant proposes to substantially remodel the <br />interior and exterior of the building and convert the property to a real <br />estate office. Mr. Dahlgren indicated the variances relate to existing <br />conditions for building, parking lot and sign setback, and number of parking <br />spaces. <br /> <br />Mr. Votel indicated the improvements to the exterior of the building and to <br />the site will greatly enhance the appearance of the corner. <br />
