<br />Planning Commission Minutes <br />-2- <br /> <br />Planning File 1405 - Roseville Properties' request for variance to building <br />setback at 1955 County Road B-2. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />See Planning File 1404. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Matson Moved and Rukavina Seconded that the Commission recommend approval of <br />Roseville Properties' request for variance to building setback at 1955 County <br />Road B-2. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushing, Moeller, Rukavina, Dressler, Mastel, <br />Matson, and Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1406 - Eugene Krause request for division of lot at 1125 Sandhurst <br />Drive. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated Mr. Krause owns two adjacent lots on Sandhurst. The <br />westerly lot is 80' in width, and the easterly lot is 86.7' in width. Because <br />his existing home is constructed on the property line dividing the two lots, <br />Mr. Krause proposes to move the lot line easterly 11.7'. The existing home <br />would then be 5.2' from the new property line. The west lot would then be <br />91.7' in width, and the east lot 75'. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Krause indicated he did not know his existing home was located on the <br />lot line until he decided to sell the easterly lot this past year. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Matson Moved and Rukavina Seconded that the Commission recommend approval <br />of Eugene Krause's request for division of lot at 1125 Sandhurst Drive, <br />with the condition the lot be divided as indicated on survey dated 9/21/82. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushing, Moeller, Rukavina, Dressler, Mastel, Matson, <br />and Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1407 - Olive Bailey request for division of lot at 2169 Fulham. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated the applicant owns the lot on the northwest corner <br />of County Road Band Fulham. The lot is 85' wide, and 258' in length. <br />There is an existing home on the northern portion of the property. Mrs. <br />Bailey proposes to divide the lot, creating two lots, each 85' x 129'. <br />The vacant lot would be on the corner of County Road Band Fulham. <br />
