<br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br />MAY 4, 1983 <br />-5- <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Dressler Moved and wiski Seconded, that the Planning Commission recommend <br />approval of Group W Cable's request for special use permit at 934 Woodhill <br />Drive, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) Dedication of 10 feet of right-of-way for Victoria Avenue from the School <br />District. <br /> <br />2) Dedication of a l5-foot easement for pathway purposes contiguous to the south <br />property line. <br /> <br />3) Special use permi t to run for a period of 15 years. <br /> <br />4) Land to be returned to the tax rolls. <br /> <br />5) Recreation area to be leased to the City at $1.00 per year for the life of the <br />lease, subject to determination of the exact recreational use boundary. <br /> <br />6) No division of land to occur during the life of the lease. <br /> <br />7) If additional parking is required, as demonstrated by <br />parking, Group W will prepare plans for such parking <br />special use permit procedures. <br /> <br />excessive use of on-street <br />to be processed under <br /> <br />8) Final landscaping plan, including the plan for parking in the front area of the <br />building, curb and gutter, and fencing to be subject to review by City staff. <br /> <br />9) Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning plan to be reviewed by City staff. <br /> <br />10) That Group W's use of the land and building complies with their letter to the <br />Planning Commission dated April 27, 1983. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Berry, Wiski, Dressler, Johnson, Matson, Moeller, and Rukavina. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />PLANNING FILE 1431 - Roberts Construction request for variances at 1948 County <br />Road C. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated that in 1981, Donald Rue had requested a variance to front <br />and side yard setbacks and a variance to the floor area ratio for a structure <br />
