<br />Planning Commission Meeting <br />November 2, 1983 <br /> <br />-5- <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Matson moved and Berry seconded that the Planning Commission recommend <br />approval of Yale Marshall's request for preliminary plat at 2120 Cleveland <br />as per plan submitted at the November 2, 1983 Commission meeting. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Berry, Moeller, Wiski, Dressler, Johnson, Matson, and Rukavina. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1468 - Victor Franer request for division of lot at 218 County <br />Road B-2. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Blais indicated the property was, at one time, made up of 4 lots. These <br />were then combined for tax purposes. The applicant now proposes to divide <br />the property into two single-family lots. The proposed new lot will have 80 <br />feet of frontage, the same as that of other lots in the area. There are <br />no problems with setbacks regarding the existing home. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />David Drown indicated the dedication of an additional 10 feet of right-of-way <br />along County Road B-2 is required. <br /> <br />Wiski suggested the Commission should try to minimize access points onto the <br />high traffic volume county roads. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Matson moved and Berry seconded that the Planning Commission recommend approval <br />of Victor Franer's request for division of lot as per plan submitted at the <br />November 2, 1983 Commission meeting, with the condition that 10 feet of <br />additional right-of-way be dedicated on the south side of County Road B-2. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Berry, Moeller, Wiski, Dressler, Johnson, Matson, and Rukavina. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1469 - Richard Robbins' request for special use permit for PUD <br />at 2764 Victoria. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Rukavina indicated the Commission had received a communication from Mr. Robbins <br />requesting that his application be withdrawn from the Commission agenda. Mr. <br />Rukavina indicated it is customary practice in such a case to entertain a motion <br />to approve the withdrawal. <br />
