Johnson seconded the motion. Johnson indicated <br />other cm~runities are now upgrading existing buildings. Roseville <br />should also tal(e advantage of these opportunities. She indicated <br />new Highway 8 runs adjacent to this development. It is important <br />the building have a good appearance. Batson indicated he also wants <br />a good-looking building, but brick is not the only good-looking <br />exterior treatment. He indicated Roseville should not tell a <br />developer he needs brick exterior if he wants to move into Roseville. <br />Johnson indicated she did not say that she thought developers "lere <br />rich, and so should all use brick.
