<br />Page 6 <br /> <br />Planning File 1577 - Charles Mattson application for relocation <br />of dwelling to 2870 Wheeler Street. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated the applicant proposes to move his home from 1766 <br />Bruce Avenue to 2870 Wheeler Street. Mr. Mattson's property on Bruce <br />Avenue is being purchased by Tanurb for the shopping center development. <br /> <br />Mr. Mattson stated he has visited with many of his neighbors, <br />most of which have had favorable responses. He stated the home is a <br />lovely split level, and will be used as a single family dwelling. <br /> <br />He stated the permitted setback from Wheeler Street for the home was 25 <br />feet, but that he was willing to set the home back another five to eight <br />feet. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Ms. Ruth McCosal, 2680 Wheeler, indicated she was not opposed to the <br />application. She asked if there would be any changes in the landscaping <br />on Mr. Mattson's property which would cause drainage problems on her <br />property. <br /> <br />Mr. Mattson indicated he was not proposing any changes that would cause <br />drainage problems. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Matson moved, Moeller seconded that the Commission recommend approval of <br />Charles Mattson's application for relocation of dwelling to 2870 Wheeler <br />Street. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Moeller, Berry, DeBenedet, Dressler, <br />Johnson and Wiski. <br /> <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1578 - Paul Kysylyczyn application for division <br />of lot at 3083 Victoria. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated the existing lot is 1.35 acres. The applicant <br />proposes to create two single family home lots with the possibility of <br />another lot in the future. There is a deteriorated concrete block <br />garage on the property which the applicant is proposing to remove. <br />
