<br />Page 7 <br /> <br />Paul Kysylyczyn stated he has built a new garage by the home, and <br />he would agree to remove the old garage by June 15. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Berry moved, Matson seconded that the Commission recommend approval of <br />Paul Kysylyczyn's application for division of lot at 3083 Victoria with <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That the existing block garage be removed before the property is <br />sold, but no later than June 15, 1985. <br /> <br />2) That ten feet of additional right-of-way be dedicated for Victoria <br />street, and that all assessments be paid. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Moeller, Berry, DeBenedet, Dressler, <br />Johnson and Wiski. <br /> <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1579 - Norman Doerr application for division of <br />lot at 1920 Gluek Lane. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated the applicant proposes to divide the existing <br />2.16 acre lot into two lots of 1.04 acres feet and 1.12 acres. <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren commented the lot had been proposed for division a number <br />of years ago and was denied by the City. <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated the rear portion of all the interior lots on <br />Gluek Lane function as a stormwater storage area for a large rainfall. <br />He suggested that any approval be conditioned on dedication of a storm <br />drainage and ponding easement over the rear portion of the lot. The <br />specific dimension of the easement would be determined when surveying <br />can be done. <br /> <br />Mr. Doerr indicated his attorney has provided a letter stating <br />there are no deed restrictions on the property which would prohibit the <br />lot division. <br /> <br />He said he had talked to a number of his neighbors who support the <br />division. <br /> <br />Mr. Doerr indicated he would require a minimum of 40 foot setback from <br />any lot line and a minimum size house for the new lot. <br />
