<br />Roseville Planning Commission Meeting <br />September 4, 1985 <br /> <br />P~e 7 <br /> <br />Roll Call: Ayes: Matson, DeBenedet, Dressler, Johnson, Mueller, Wiski <br /> <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />Rezonirut <br /> <br />Mr. Matson moved to rezone the R-1 and B-1 area on the site B-2, seconded by <br />Ms. Dressler. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Ms. Dressler pointed out that this is a much better use for the site than <br />Nolans although there is a proliferation of liquor stores that does concern <br />her. <br /> <br />Roll Call: Ayes: Matson, DeBenedet, Dressler, Johnson, Mueller, Wiski <br /> <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />Mr. Matson moved, seconded by Ms. Dressler to approve the special use with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />a. Only one driveway on Lexington and Roselawn. That more parking be <br />moved to the western part of the parcel and the driveway on Roselawn <br />be further east. <br /> <br />b. Parking be reduced to match the code and keep it to the western part <br />of the lot. The areas closer to the residents should be maintained <br />in open or green space. <br /> <br />c. That staff approve subsequent landscape proposals based on additional <br />discussions with neighbors. <br /> <br />d. That staff approve final drainage plan on the site. <br /> <br />e. Screening of the roof top systems be accomplished. <br /> <br />f.
