(Based on the fact that these two develop-
ments are intertwined in terms of their impact, both proposals
were considered at the same time.)

Presentation
Mr. Dahlgren proceeded to discuss the Paster Enterprises project.
He discussed the modifications of the eastern development relating
to parking, and also discussed the new shopping facility proposed
on the western site. Mr. Dahlgren proceeded to point out the
setback variances, and why they were needed as a result of the
City's request for dedication.

Reed Banet, representing Paster Enterprises, discussed both
projects, their parking analyses, and the fact that Walgreen's
had already committed as an anchor tenant in the development.

Commissioner Johnson asked what the county's plans were with
respect to widening Lexington. Janisch pointed out that the
county does not have Lexington in its Five Year Plan.

Maschka asked what type of traffic the new center would generate.
Banet stated that Benschoof's parking analysis did not include an
analysis of traffic.
