The developers are requesting zero ft.
setback on Patton Road, and a twenty-five foot setback on County
Road C. Forty feet is the requirement.

Goedeke asked whether any sidewalks were prposed in the area.
Paul Klodt replied that there were none.

Wiski asked whether new signs would be going up later, and would
they consider limiting any new signs. Klodt said he did not plan
to put up any new signs.

Goedeke asked why the sign couldn't be placed on the northern part
of the parcel. Klodt replied that the southern part of the
development is the entrance into the project, off County Road C.

Moeller asked whether the sign was lit.
ground lit.

Klodt replied that it is

Maschka moved, Berry seconded, that the Commers-Klodt request for
sign variance at 2640-2690 Patton Road be approved.

Roll Call, Ayes: Berry, Goedeke, Moeller, Maschka, Johnson, and
Wiski.
Nays: None.

Planning File 1710
Commers-Klodt request for preliminary plat at 2640-2690 Patton
Road.

Presentation
Janisch showed the proposed plat that was deemed workable, with
the following conditions:
