Dahlgren replied that yes it was, but the lot has been
modified.

Stokes asked where the clientele was based. The Golden Age repre-
sentative stated that the north suburban area is the target area, and
that they will look at a variety of people.

Goedeke asked whether this a one or two story home, and would it be
adequate. The Golden Age representative said it is a one story
house, and yes it would be adequate.

Stokes asked who would maintain the property. The Golden Age repre-
sentative stated that the Golden Age maintenance staff would maintain
the property.

Berry asked for a more extensive explanation of the types of patients
that would receive this care. The Golden Age staff proceeded to
discuss its clientele in more detail.

Goedeke asked what the basic traffic flow would be as a result of
this change. The Golden Age staff said that the clients are brought
in a van and are generally there for the whole day.

Moeller wanted to know if all the clients were brought in by van.
The Golden Age representative said most of the clients are brought in
by van.

Moeller asked if the ramp would impact existing setback limitations.
Dahlgren replied that it could be built as long as it didn't exceed
any first floor level.
