Casey <br />would have to be worked out with the neighbors to <br /> <br />Cushman asked what the status was of the Zittle property. <br />Dahlgren replied that as far as he knew, one of the Zittle's was <br />still living, and nothing would occur in the immediate future. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, Berry seconded, that the James H. Casey request <br />for Special Use Permit and preliminary plat at 1965 North <br />Victoria be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the living unit in the garage be provided with City <br />water and City sewage within one year after the approval of <br />the plat. <br /> <br />2. That all lots be developed with vehicular access from Outlot <br />A, not on Victoria. <br /> <br />3. That the roadway access to Outlot A be maintained by an <br />appropriate homeowners' association, subject to City <br />approval, and that such roadway shall be maintained and <br />plowed to provide adequate access for safety vehicles. <br /> <br />4. That Lot 3 become Outlot B. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Stokes, DeBenedet, Goedeke, Moeller, Berry, and <br />Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File No. 1729 <br />Peter S. Luzaich request for variance at 2393 Rice Street. <br /> <br />Presentation <br />Dahlgren showed the location of the devleopment, and discussed <br />the required dedications. The request essentially is for a four- <br />teen foot variance for the building setback to the west, a ten <br />foot variance for the parking to the north, and a five foot <br />variance for the parking to the east. <br />
