Purdy request for division of platted lot at 2987 <br />Owasso Boulevard. <br /> <br />Presentation <br />Dahlgren discussed the location of this particular development. <br />He pointed out that a previous plat, approved at an earlier date, <br />did create four lots. However, said lots were combined for tax <br />purposes. Dahlgren pointed out that the motion before the <br />Planning Commission was simply to approve the redivision of the <br />existing lots. <br /> <br />Purdy was asked as to whether the existing house does conform to <br />current standards. Dahlgren replied that he believed it did, but <br />the staff could check it out. <br /> <br />Stokes asked why the utilities were in the back lots. Janisch <br />stated that the City would have placed the utilities on the lot <br />based on what was viewed as being buildable lots at the time. <br /> <br />Maria Hinz, 806 Millwood Avenue, stated she would like to know if <br />the new buildings on the redivided lots would conform to current <br />ordinance. It was pointed out that all new buildings would have <br />to meet 1987 requirements. <br /> <br />Berry moved, <br />request for <br /> <br />Stokes seconded, approval of the Craige <br />division of platted lot at 2987 Owasso <br /> <br />R. Purdy <br />Boulevard. <br /> <br />Mr. DeBenedet removed himself from any consideration of this item <br />in view of the fact that he is purchasing one of the new lots. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Stokes, Goedeke, Moeller, Berry, Maschka, and <br />Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br />Abstain: DeBenedet. <br /> <br />Other Business <br />Formulation of New Business Zones <br />Dahlgren updated the Commission with <br />and 3SW.
