<br />Roseville Planning Commission Minutes <br />June 3, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Goedeke asked as to whether the site is currently bermed. Beard <br />replied that yes, it was, but it would be taken out in order to <br />facilitate the new station. <br /> <br />Goedeke asked as to whether there were any accidents on the site. <br />Beard replied that there were not any of major significance. <br /> <br />Janisch pointed out that eventually a left turn from County Road <br />C would be precluded. He also pointed out the County has <br />approved the driveway onto C. <br /> <br />Moeller asked why there were not any trees depicted on the <br />landscape plan. Kayo's architect stated that the trees could be <br />increased, if so desired. <br /> <br />Moeller asked how the mechanical units were going to be screened. <br />Beard replied that they would be screened by a two and one-half <br />foot parapet. <br /> <br />DeBenedet stated that the building should be brick on all four <br />sides, and the mechanical systems should be completely screened <br />by the parapet. The architect agreed that the mechanical systems <br />could be properly screened. <br /> <br />Berry <br />what <br />Kayo <br />wood <br />were <br /> <br />asked for information relating to the dumpster on site, and <br />kind of convenience products were going to be sold. The <br />architect stated that the dumpster would be brick, with a <br />gate in the front.
