Dufresne replied that this would be extremely <br />difficult, in that this is a negotation item with Byerly's. <br /> <br />Berry stated her concern that handicapped parking is a potential <br />problem throughout the whole City. <br /> <br />Berry moved, Maschka seconded, that the Roseville Shoppes Limited <br />Partnership request for variance at 1665 West County Road C be <br />approved. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, Berry, Stokes, DeBenedet, <br />Goedeke and Moeller. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1803 <br />Roseville Shoppes Limited Partnership request for a Special Use <br />Permit at 1665 West County Road C. <br /> <br />Presentation <br />Dahlgren again pointed out the location of the development. The <br />proposal is for a drop-off day care center for children, which is <br />a special use in the B-4 zone.
