The <br />applicant responded that it would. <br /> <br />Stokes inquired about the typical stay, length of stay in this <br />type of facility. Berg responded that the typical stay was less <br />than three hours and the maximum stay could be nine hours. <br /> <br />Berry asked if the facility would take infants, pointing out the <br />need for such facilities in the city. Berg responded that the <br />facility will not take infants. <br /> <br />Johnson closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />stokes expressed his opposition for this type of facility. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, Berry seconded to recommend approval of a <br />special use permit for a drop in child care center within <br />Loehmanns Plaza at 2480 Fairview Avenue N. with the condition <br />that parking spaces for drop off purposes be provided adj acent <br />to the facility.
