County Road B. <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Dahlgren summarized the location of the site and the proposal. <br />Dahlgren pointed out that no rezoning is being requested but that <br />the single family PUD was being proposed with a private street <br />which would maintain single family density. <br /> <br />Tramm stated he had no further presentation but was available for <br />questions. <br /> <br />Keel outlined the utility issues. <br />
