David Carisch from <br />the Woodbridge Properties Inc. summarized the minor changes in <br />the building design. <br /> <br />Berry asked what age children are accepted. Carisch replied that <br />it would be 6 weeks and up. <br /> <br />Johnson closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, Berry seconded to recommend approval for a <br />special use permit for a daycare center at 3030 and 3050 Centre <br />pointe Drive with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That it be developed in accordance with the plans submitted. <br />2. That the outside play area be fenced. <br />3. That five parking spaces be dedicated for this use. <br /> <br />Moeller suggested that the applicant consider a vestibule at the <br />entrance. <br /> <br />Berry stated that she was pleased to see a daycare center being <br />developed on the site for working mothers. <br /> <br />Johnson stated that she was pleased to see buildings at Centre <br />Pointe being occupied. <br /> <br />Goedeke inquired if handicapped kids would be accepted.
