County Road C. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Dahlgren summarized location, history and details of the proposal <br />pointing out the building layout and location of brick. <br /> <br />casci stated that they had approval from Rice Creek water <br />management organization which resulted in ponding being provided <br />on the site and resulting in the shortening of one building. <br />Casci described the brick which would be used on the building. <br /> <br />Mark Finneman described the exterior building materials and the <br />specific locations of the brick and block. <br /> <br />DeBenedet questioned whether the brick would match the block. <br />Casci responded that they have been assured that it they bring <br />brick in that the color can be matched. <br /> <br />Goedeke inquired if this would be a truck wash. <br />that it would be for cars and vans only. <br /> <br />casci replied <br /> <br />Maschka asked if the front building would be 100% brick.
