Casci outlined where the <br />proposed fence would be located. Finneman pointed out that the <br />proposed fence would be a 6 foot cyclone fence. Moeller asked <br />about fire department access to the site. Finneman stated that <br />the fire department will have access to all parts of the site <br />through the gates. Casci stated that the fire department will <br />have a key for the gate locks. <br /> <br />Goedeke asked about hydrant location. Casci stated that the <br />hydrants are not known yet and inquired about what the <br />requirements would be. <br /> <br />Nisja described the hydrant requirements stating that a maximum <br />interval of 300 feet would be required. <br /> <br />Casci stated that the buildings would be fully sprinklered. <br />Nisja pointed out that a 500-600 foot spacing of hydrants would <br />be acceptable if the buildings were sprinklered. <br /> <br />Johnson closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved and stokes seconded to recommend approval of the <br />special use permit for a planned unit development, car wash and <br />self storage at 1910 W. County Road C with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the exterior materials be in accordance with the plans <br />dated 8/24/88. <br /> <br />2. The final engineering and landscape materials be subject to <br />staff review. <br /> <br />3. That the buildings be sprinklered. <br /> <br />4.
