ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION

page#14

Wednesday, February 1, 1989

Johnson stated her support for the project. Johnson pointed out
that there is an overwhelming majority of support in the
neighborhood and that the city needs to allow the people in the
area to get their investment out of the property. Johnson
supported closing the access to the frontage road at the
northeast corner of the site.
Moeller agreed with Johnson and pointed out that the access to
the northeast would be easily used by delivery trucks possibly
early in the morning.

stokes said that the writing was on the wall for those homes and
that he supports the rezoning even though he hates to see the
loss of residential homes in the community.

Maschka said that the community has to come to grips with where
development should stop. The Commission further recommended that the Council
