Owasso
Boulevard.

Presentation

Dahlgren summarized the location and the proposed lot division.

Keel stated that he had no concerns about utility availability.

DeBenedet asked about the 12 foot walkway shown adjacent to the
property. Keel replied that easements do exist for such a
walkway. DeBenedet stated that the City should look into the
vacation of the easements. Keel replied that this would have to
be done by petition. Dahlgren added that the walkway easement
was part of the original plat, probably to provide access to the
lake. Dahlgren pointed out that a hearing would be necessary to
vacate the easements.

DeBenedet inquired about drainage across the lots. Keel
responded that the topographic maps show the site to be
buildable and that a specific drainage plan would have to be
provided as part of the building permit process.

Johnson closed the public hearing.

Berry moved, and Goedeke seconded to recommend approval of a lot
division at 2901 W.
