DeBenedet moved and Goedeke seconded to recommend approval of a special use permit for site plan approval for the expansion of the Rosedale Shopping Center at 1595 Highway 36 with the following conditions: 1. That final engineering, utility plans and specifications be submitted for City staff approval. 2. That final plans for grading, landscaping, and sediment control be submitted for City staff approval. 3. That detailed plans of building materials and signage be submitted for City staff approval.
