That 12 foot wide handicap stalls be provided and distributed in proportion with the number of stalls in each section of the lot as it relates to each entrance and by parking ramp level. 13. That the exterior building materials of the parking ramp be subject to further study and review by the Planning Commission and Council. 14. That detailed plans of the new Dayton's store exterior building materials be submitted for Commission and City Council review. and its Planning 15. That an additional lane be added on the ring road as proposed. 16. That the applicant is responsible for meeting all conditions. Bestrom stated that it would be difficult to reach agreement with the RTB prior to the May 22, 1989 meeting because construction is involved and permission would be necessary from Carson's to implement the RTB's preferred alternative. Bestrom pointed out that both parties want agreement but it will take time.
